Project	Novelty of the Project
	For the first time in Latvia:   On the state level the bibliographic resources created in the libraries, information centers and other institutions are investigated; Free flow of information and public access to bibliographic resources is provided; Structured data about data (metadata) are developed, by structurizing information about bibliographic resources and creating links for their employment.
